By accessing or using Odyssey Field, including connecting your Jobber or QuickBooks Online account, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Odyssey Field is operated by Odyssey Apex LLC and provides two monitoring services: ShieldTrack monitors Florida DBPR license expiration dates and delivers automated alerts; SyncGuard monitors synchronization integrity between Jobber and QuickBooks Online. Odyssey Field is a monitoring and alert service only. We do not renew licenses on your behalf or correct sync errors directly.
To use Odyssey Field you must create an account and connect your Jobber and/or QuickBooks Online accounts via their APIs. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
By connecting your Jobber account you grant Odyssey Apex LLC permission to access your Jobber data solely to provide the SyncGuard monitoring service. By connecting QuickBooks Online you grant permission to access QBO data for the same purpose. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Odyssey Field is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal. A one-time setup fee applies to new accounts and is non-refundable once setup is complete. Monthly and annual fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial a paid subscription is required to continue. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for non-payment or violation of these Terms.
Odyssey Field is a monitoring and notification service. We make no guarantee that every expiration or sync error will be detected or every alert delivered without delay. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odyssey Apex LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, work stoppages, or business losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content, software, and materials comprising the Odyssey Field platform are the property of Odyssey Apex LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida.
