PRIVACY POLICY

Odyssey Field is operated by Odyssey Apex LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use the platform.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email, phone number, and business name
Jobber account data: invoices, payments, job records accessed via Jobber API
QuickBooks Online data: invoice and payment records accessed via Intuit API
Florida DBPR data: license numbers, expiration dates, and business names from the public DBPR database
Usage data: log data and platform activity for service improvement
Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

Provide the Odyssey Field monitoring and alert service
Monitor Jobber-to-QBO sync integrity and deliver alerts on detected errors
Monitor Florida DBPR license expiration dates and deliver alerts
Process subscription payments via Stripe
Send transactional communications including alerts, reports, and account notifications
Improve the platform using aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

3. Jobber Integration

When you connect your Jobber account, Odyssey Field accesses your data via the Jobber API under your authorization. We request only the permissions necessary to provide SyncGuard. You may revoke access at any time from your Jobber account settings under Connected Apps.

4. QuickBooks Online Integration

When you connect your QBO account, Odyssey Field accesses your data via the Intuit API under your authorization. We request only the permissions necessary to cross-reference Jobber sync records. You may revoke access at any time from your Intuit account settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the following service providers necessary to operate the platform:

Jobber — API integration for SyncGuard data source
Intuit QuickBooks Online — API integration for SyncGuard comparison layer
GoHighLevel — CRM, SMS, and email delivery
Stripe — payment processing
Apify — Florida DBPR public records retrieval
Anthropic — Claude API for alert personalization and reporting

Each provider processes your data only as necessary for their specific function. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights or safety of Odyssey Apex LLC or its users.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. Florida DBPR data originates from a public government database and is not subject to individual deletion requests.

7. Data Security

We use TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest to protect your data. Access is restricted to personnel who require it to provide the service. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights contact hello@odysseyfield.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Odyssey Field is a B2B service for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
